My husband Bernie and I live in a newly renovated federal period home in Franklinville New Jersey. We operate a Bed and Breakfast for which we have 2 available rooms and a private bath. We are located 45 minutes from downtown Philadelphia, 45 minutes from most South NJ beaches, and 15 minutes from Rowan University. Our yard is very peaceful. In the summer we have gardens and happy chickens and the winter brings beautiful snow covered trees.
